The first floor study is furnished with a desk, chair, well-stocked bookshelves and a comfortable couch.

As well as a quiet place to read, write and contemplate, it can be transformed into a children's playroom (there are lots of children's books and games on the shelves on the landing) or a fourth bedroom with its comfy couch folding down into a an equally comfy bed.
