Built in the 1880s, Invermay still retains the look and feel of a traditional Victorian villa, whilst providing 21st century home comforts. A combination of elegant cornicing and an excellent wi-fi connection!
Bright & spacious
Rooms are bright and spacious, freshly decorated and comfortably furnished. There are solid wooden floors with warm, colourful rugs throughout the house and pretty lamps and interesting pictures lend the rooms character and style.
Bookshelves are well-stocked with guides, maps and reference books for walkers, cyclists, golfers, skiers and anglers, plus plenty of good holiday novels. And there are plenty of children's books and games.
Rooms with a View
The sitting room, with its log-burning stove and Sky TV, and the bedrooms, equipped with radios and iPod docking stations, all overlook the garden.
There's a breakfasting kitchen (with Aga and conventional oven) and a dining room, and there are three large bedrooms, plus a study which can be used as a single bedroom as required. And there are three modern bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by lovely mature gardens with a patio/barbecue area and a secluded summerhouse.
There is ample parking space for two or three cars.
